Testimonials – What our customers have to say about Energy Services

A reputable company who care about their customers

I can confirm that Energy Services have been successfully acting on behalf of our large greetings card manufacturer since 1999. This represents several sites and spend in excess of £2 million per year. Their performance has been excellent in this time, achieving suitable utility agreements for our sites, advising on future strategy and assisting very successfully in claim resolution, delivering a substantial benefit to our business.

We would be happy to recommend Energy Services as a reputable company who care about their customers.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Energy Services to you

We have been involved with Paul Keeley from Energy Services since 2009 . I have been Business Manager at the school since June 2006 and in that time we have not used the local authority to negotiate our energy contracts, preferring not to be bound by any group arrangements. Due to the volatility of the gas and electricity markets and our relative inexperience of watching the trends in pricing, we were happy to accept the offer of assistance from Mr Keeley and his team.

We have always found Mr Keeley very responsive to our needs providing us with detailed analysis of energy consumption for our DEC (Display Energy Certificate) and challenging incorrect meter readings. He has also provided us with up to date information in advance of contract renewal dates so that we are able to make well informed decisions and ensure that the school receives best value for money. He will also organise forward negotiation of contracts if he feels that the conditions in the market place are favourable.

A satisfactory and high standard of work

I am pleased to confirm that Energy Services have been acting on our behalf since before 1999 and that its standard of work has always been satisfactory and has been carried out to a high standard.

Genuine, Friendly Assistance and Advice about Business Energy

We first used Energy Services in 2014 to renegotiate our Business Energy - namely our half hourly electricity supply for our manufacturing plant. We were pleased to make a significant saving over our previous contract, which we had been unable to achieve by ourselves. They have now renewed our contract again and ensured that we have obtained the best possible prices available, capitalising on the recent downward trend in wholesale prices. We are particularly impressed by their no-pressure style of dealing with customers, offering genuine friendly assistance and advice where required, making the renewal process quick and simple enabling us to concentrate our efforts on our core business. We are very happy to recommend our Account Manager, Ian Spencer and indeed the rest of the team at Energy Services.

Impressed by their dedication, efficiency and professionalism in energy

I have used Energy Services as my company’s energy procurement broker both for my current employer, and my previous employer, spanning a total period of sixteen years. I have always been impressed by their dedication, efficiency and professionalism in energy and I have no hesitation in recommending them unreservedly.
