Oil Extends Losses as Speculation Swirls Over Doha Output Talks
Oil extended declines from the highest level in more than four months as speculation swirled over the likely outcome of a meeting by major suppliers to discuss freezing output. U.S. industry data showed crude stockpiles expanded last week.
